Without a doubt, Superior took great pride in their work. They fixed the few minor imperfections immediately upon request, no questions asked. Superior even asked their subcontractors and suppliers to correct flaws (even if we did not ask them to). For example, Superior was unhappy with several newly installed outlets that were protruding from a cabinet face because they could not fit flush due to the drawers inside. Before we could voice our own dissatisfaction, Superior found shallow outlets that fit perfectly and worked with the electrician to make the switch.
Most importantly, we liked the Superior team as people. They were professional, friendly, hard-working, and respectful. They made us feel comfortable in our own home, which was especially important with three young children in the house (our one-year-old affectionately named the carpenters ?Boom Boom?). After the renovation was completed, we sincerely missed their
company!
Three months later, we are enjoying our new kitchen and bathroom immensely; the kitchen has become the heart of our home. We cannot wait to save enough money to work with Superior on remodeling our main bathroom. Until then, we are thrilled to recommend Superior to our friends.
