When they were doing the work on the air conditioning, they turned over a brick and there were termites underneath it. They called me at work and told me that they saw some termites in my yard. So, they wanted to let me know about it, which was really nice. They could have just kept working, but they pointed out all the problems they saw. They just didn’t come and do the job. That was really positive about them. They were very neat when they were here. They drilled a small hole from the inside to the outside for one of the piping outside and they covered it. They didn’t leave it exposed and they covered it tightly. They also had a vacuum system when they came out. There was not even a speck of dust in the air. They had the machine that they used when they drilled the hole and that collected all the dust that was coming out of the drill. So, the house was spotless when they left. I was really impressed that they had a system, which was really clean. I was prepared for a little bit of mess, but there was nothing. The quality of their work was very good. They were meticulous. What I liked about them when they came out was the quality of their workmanship with the system in. You wouldn’t even notice that it was there. The price was initially a little higher than what I wanted and it was like $14000. So, he told me about another brand from Japan which has been around longer. He also told me that it comes with features which when added to the other system would cost me $1500. It was good that he pointed out to an alternative system that actually saved me $2000 and came with more features. It also has a better reputation. Not only was the price good, but they were also able to give me what I needed. They gave me a different company, but I got more quality for my buck. The price was in the ballpark of what I wanted. They were also able to give me a better product for the same price. So, it was perfect. I would recommend them to anybody since they are good.

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"Called them up for replacing my cracked sewage pipe in the basement. They came out, gave a free estimate with reasonable pricing and immediate availability. Did a courtesy camera scope of the entire sewage pipe out to the city line while the pipes were open. Finished work within estimated window and charged at the original estimated price. Polite and clear with communication."

"well the guy cant understand ..the co was to to come and clean a drain and I stated in my dealing with home advisor..period and after about 35 minutes ,,,and then went up in how much to clean and fix a small pipe from 250 to 498 yes yes the changed a lot..i am a old man with one arm from a stroke...the plummer did a great job..but he needs help understanding english. I wrote down what I needed and I have a copy of it...clean up and a cut a cleanout...that is it..how freom from 250 to 498..so look from the plummer making double also money...I am very sorry he did spend about 18 dollars for parts.wow I hope he goes back to school..the women did a great job and wrote it as I gave t to her...well if they needed to give someone the srewing they did..shame of u .I hope the went to a great cause..len bellmore..ps do not trust heritage they change the price.sorry..and home advisor I wish the best of luck....."
