We got quick response -- were told how to stop further leakage, and got new water heater installed the same day. Also learned about services in future that can prevent some forseeable issues. Richard was personable and professionable. He called when en route, and sent photo so we'd recognize him. He was knowledgeable, and explained situation and our options thoroughly.
