It appears that Josh was training Dillon, but both were very professional. I was surprised to see that they spent almost 2 hours hours going over both the Air conditioner and Heater; they checked every single moving part and tested both the air and heat for accuracy. Josh even went the extra mile, when he asked if I had a Carbon Monoxide detector and I showed him where it was; he noticed it was not in the best place for my safety and he moved it to the correct location. Wouldn't talk to me about it and I had been a customer for years. Got too big I guess. Stay away or they will cheat you. $1000 for installing a thermostat. $50 thermostat, and 30 minutes of work. I would warn everyone to stay away."
