"Prior to me selecting Aaceâ s heating air conditioning &swamp cooler, I interview (3) other well know AC/heating company and as most knows the â deceptionâ is real! After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. "Dave was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to supply my quote before he left. I look forward to working with Southland heating and air. Follow up: I made my decision and signed the contract. Best decision I could have made. They were thousands of dollars less for the exact same equipment than 3 other companies I got estimates from. When challenged none of the other companies could revise their estimate to even come close. Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. I have attached a photo so you can see for yourself the way they carted for my home. The equipment works perfectly. I would hire this company again in a heart"

They were very considerate and laid a tarp on all the floors to minimize trash or dirt on the floor. "I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs.
