"I give top ratings to Bob Jensen Air Conditioning and Heating in every category. In particular, Marcella Gorghis in the Service Department was gracious, knowledgeable, and most helpful in taking my service request. Then she offered me suggestions and options to get exactly what I needed to solve my air conditioning problems as quickly as possible on a hot summer day. Nobody could have been more helpful than she was. On the other hand, Bob Jensen AC & H installed my systems 22 years ago. Only two times before in all those years have I needed service, a testimony to the excellent installation work as well as the excellent system they installed. But when you do have to call for service, and you get a representative as courteous and competent as Marcella Gorghis, you know you are in good hands before the service technician even arrives. I must also commend service technician Roy Villa for going out of his way to make certain everything was checked and informing me of things I had never noticed. Roy patiently listened to all my thoughts and concerns before beginning his work. My air conditioner received the repair it needed and Roy took added steps to ensure that the problem would not occur again. But he further took steps to reassure me that all my concerns were dealt with so I can feel confident my system will last for many years to come. No service technician could have been more efficient and competent than he was. In the 22 years since Bob Jensen AC & H installed my systems, only two times before have I needed service. But when you do have to call for service, and you get a technician as courteous and competent as Roy Villa, you know you are in good hands from the moment he arrives. Everyone at Bob Jensen is first rate."

"I was really impressed with the service provided by Nadav and he is team. I have a thirty year old home that still had the original HVAC systems. One located in the attic and the other underneath the house. Neither of these installations was simple. The Sky Clean Air team quoted me two days to remove and install new systems. The install crew was really professional, courteous and hard working. The underneath the house install was especially difficult with a tight crawl space in a less than hospital environment. These guys were not a show up at 10 leave at 3 pm crew.......they worked long hours both days to ensure they met the promised schedule.They kept me informed any issues throughout the installation process so there were no surprises. "Tarpy was recommended to me by an electrical contractor I trust. Scott spent the time needed to go over all options for repairing or replacing my old system. I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. "Met with Gregg, discussed our plans and he then thoroughly checked out the house. He consulted with his office when he had questions regarding such things as the electrical panel capacity etc. The crew was very professional. They always called ahead to let us know they were coming; the communication from all those at ASI was outstanding. They installed new ductwork, new furnace and compressor unit and insulated the attic all in two days. They were all very responsive in answering our questions and concerns getting the system adjusted to our liking. They made sure we were satisfied 100% before they left."

"I received bids from four contractors before discovering Johnson Air. Johnson Air was recommended to me by a well-respected plumbing/heating company that didn't serve this far into North County (North Escondido). 
The owner, Paul, arrived at the appointed time and investigated our existing two systems and related ductwork. Our home is about 3400 sq.ft. We needed the ductwork to be completely redone. He delivered his estimate according to when he promised. We found the pricing to be competitive.
One unique thing Paul offered was access to "slimline" units made by Carrier that occupy the same footprint as our old units. We had looked at Trane and Lennox as well, but did not want the "missile silo" effect in the highly visible spots the units would occupy in our yard.
Contract was signed after Paul did some additional calculations for me based on various options. Job was quickly scheduled. Due to the extensive nature of the work, I asked to have one unit installed one week and the second the following week, which they kindly accommodated.
We really appreciated the efforts and work-ethic of our two installers Hector and Eric. (Amazing guys!) They worked with us on making some minor modifications (my husband always comes up with something mid-project!). Eric worked like a bull-dog over several days in unbelievable attic heat getting all our ductwork in place. Hector focused on installing the hardware and wiring.
We also were well looked after by the folks in the front office. They answered any number of questions I threw at them.
Job was completed on-time. And they left us confident that if anything popped up, they'd get back to us quickly. Paul patiently answered several follow-up phone calls I made.
Bottom line for us is that we will look to Johnson Air for our future needs. They earned our business and then earned our respect.
