"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

He was at my house in 15 minutes and walked through all the most common culprits (toilets, etc), until we heard the water running outside and found that my kids had left the hose running. "Found that the dispenser was damaged inside.  Could not fix.  Had to come back the next morning to fix leaking under the sink due to the work on the dispenser.  Re routed the water line so that we would still have water to the refrigerator but the join leaked so I had to turn it off at the valve.  The rerouting meant that I could not push back the sliding shelf that holds the supplies.  Had to remove it to be able to close the cabinet door. <br />"

He carefully and thoughtfully considered the best way to make it fit in the limited space, and ultimately came up with a super-efficient solution that required a minimum of new piping. He explained and demonstrated how it worked, and how to turn it on and off. As he turned on the pilot light for the water heater after installation, he explained how to do it if I ever needed to do it myself. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry and further questions. Excellent service -- highly recommended!"

"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."
