"After hiring and paying an independent guy who came out, looked at our TV, told us he could fix it and would call that evening or the next day at the latest with an estimate, we never heard from him again. I called several numbers only to be told, ‘No, we don’t fix those’, every time. We were getting desperate. "Rick and his assistant arrived on time as discussed the day prior. He assessed the project to hang two TV's on a shared fireplace wall with no cords showing and to place my surround sound speakers. We agreed on a price and they went to work. They took their time to do a good job and Rick was very prompt in responding to some questions I had after the job and told me to call him with any questions I may have. "I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"

"Provided us with cost-effective plan. We had our own mount but seemed heavier than what he usually uses. It was difficult for him, yet he accommodated us, and worked the whole day without a break. Thus we were able to mount 2 TV's. We had minor issues that he's willing to work with us to fix them. Best deal in town and highly recommendable. We should have given clearer guidelines/criteria up front for best results, but the results are still good."
