"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. The crew was fantastic, respectful & polite and always left the worksite tidied and free of debris. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. If you have a need for a general contractor for a construction project, I highly recommend you talk to David Graf of David Graf Construction, Inc."

Their price was the most reasonable considering the design we had a mind and material. We had to make few changes but Laurie was on top of things - great communicator. Efficient and hard working team. Our outdoor kitchen looks great! I have given their names to a number of people. Will not hesitate to hire them again for future projects!

"Terra Nova did a great job! Mike Linn (Owner), Susan (Designer) and Mikala (Operations Mgr.) were all a real pleasure to work with. They listened to my needs and attempted to fulfill exactly what I wanted. Honestly as with most projects there were a couple of small hiccups but the Terra Nova team were quick to respond and resolve the issues. Their focus was for me to be happy! The pricing I felt was reasonable for the work that was done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have landscaping or paver work done. The project was smooth and completed very quickly and in the end I am very happy!!"

"We contacted them & spoke to Katie & Doug (owners) to schedule an appointment to share our vision, review our project and visit their showroom during our next visit to FL in 1 week. We only had 1 day (Saturday) for both & they accommodated us. First we met with Doug to review the project and our goals. This was followed by a visit to their showroom (complete with nice selection of materials) to consult with Katie. Both listened to our needs & after spending the day with them we immediately had confidence in their business, skill, & experience. Having been through several remodels previously, this was the very first time we found a perfect fit the first time around. We walked out of their showroom with a contract in hand, materials selected & a targeted start date for our project. With the first major milestone behind house, we had only one concern. Being a coast away, we were wary how to ensure our project was being executed to plan, both in quality and efficiency. In retrospect, we are pleased to inform you this was never an issue. The demolition phase was as expected. Katie & Doug remained in constant communication throughout the process; Skyping & photosharing & highlighting any issues and working together with us to find acceptable solutions. Overall there were no major issues, rather the typical findings of renovating a space more than 30 years old. Our project scope was a complete redo from the ground up. Next phase was the installation, everything from new plumbing, flooring (porcelain tile), shower (porcelain tile/quartz), wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, eletrical/lighting (canned lighting, light fixtures, and lit medicine cabinets), etc. The installation is where the attention to detail matters most. We were absolutely impressed with their meticulous workmanship & strong attention to detail throughout the remodel. As the project completed, Katie & Doug performed a quality control check of their work to ensure it met their high standards & our expectations as the customer. We did a walk through together to ensure nothing was missed. All punch list items (all minor) where promptly addressed to our extreme satisfaction. Being able to complete a major renovation on time & to budget & remotely is a huge achievement. Thank you Custom Design Kitchen & Bath, Doug, Katie, & Crew! We love our new home!
