"I was contacted by Dilmak Services, LLC who uses Home Advisor and spoke to Sandy customer service/dispatcher who was pleasant and very professional . She walked me through the on- call technician who would respond within an hour and had kept me up to date on his response time. The on call technician was a Chris Kaiser who also called to let me know that he was in the area and that he arrived at his destination. With that being said. I would like to thank the crew of DilMak for their response and their professionalism. Mr Kaiser was friendly ,explained what needed to be replaced and allowed me to watch him and ask questions if needed. He was friendly and gave me very good honest advise and information . He re assured me that my issue was not an uncommon issue basically softening the fall when it came to the part price. He explained the price and other offers that the company offered. Mr Kaiser even showed me the price in his price book he carried along with confirming it with is dispatcher before the transaction payment was completed. DilMak Services, LLC had my air conditioner up and running within an hour and half; including staying to make sure that it was working properly inside and monitoring the temperature before closing out his call as completed. "Main water supply leak. GREAT JOB!! Highly recommend!! King's Plumbing called as soon as I posted and was able to come right out. The area of the leak was obvious and Dez gave me a fixed price of $900. I had another "over the phone estimate" of $600 from Ft Worth but was going to be another day for them to show up. Dez went right to work and only took 2.5 hours to dig about a four-foot hole to find the leak then fix. It was 40 yr old tree roots pushing on a joint. It would have taken me several days to do myself, without water. Definitely worth the cost."

"The worker was very polite, friendly and professional. I first explain what I had been experiencing for quite a number of years. I had work done on the same area but was never truly repaired. I have kept a bucket under the sink for years. The worker never interrupted me, listened carefully then immediately identified the problem. He extended himself by offering to replace the old baskets strainings on both sides of the sink. He also offered to cleaned the pipe under the sink that was horrible. I was thrilled after the work was completed. He made sure no leaks would be found and if so he mentioned their six months warranty. I didn't see one drop of water no where under my sink. The baskets strainings made my sink look brand new. He made me a very happy and satisfied customer. I have other work that needs attention to in the near future. I plan to hire "The City Base Plumbing" company for all my other repairs needed at my home. The cost of repair was $289.00 without my discount. After my discount was added, I was very pleased with the cost. Considering the trouble I have been experiencing for so many years it was well worth the price.
