"I had a backup in my main sewer pipe and Jess Plumbing came out and did a thorough inspection, he then found that my main sewer pipe was incorrectly installed by the previous installer. To make a long story short, this guy knows what he is doing, has the equipment including cameras and an excellent team. They did an AMAZING job at a FAIR price. Replacing the main sewer pipe is no easy job, but they were able to do it and do it right. They also cleaned everything up at the end of the day and even planted back the plants that had to be removed during the process!"

"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"I rarely feel moved to write a review, but definitely felt the need to write one for In & Out Plumbing for their top notch service!  I called in the morning to set up an appointment for an estimate,  and they squeezed me into their schedule just a few hours later.  My problems were: (1) a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, (2) a clogged bathroom sink, and (3) extremely loud and abrasive noise of unknown cause emanating from the garbage disposal.  Manny showed up on time.  He spent just a few minutes inspecting each of the issues I pointed out, and fixed each one in mere seconds.  He was friendly and worked quickly.  Very competent.  To my pleasant surprise, he did not charge me for his time -- talk about building up goodwill!  I will not hesitate to call In & Out Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues I have in the future!  Thank you In & Out Plumbing!"

Jose was able to understand the exisiting gas pipe situation, even pointed out that there was a line that ran to my heater, something I did not consider. He laid out exactly what he was going to do for the installation and talked through all the options and variables. Also, the quote was excellent for the job! I was able to schedule them a few weeks later. Jose and William arrived with all the parts needed. Of course, with any installation job, there was a small problem (that of drilling through the masonry of the fireplace, something that no one would have known). However, Jose was able to figure out how to get past the problem and finish the job perfectly. We know have an amazing gas fireplace setup, thanks to Jose, William and Antonio.
