"After hiring and paying an independent guy who came out, looked at our TV, told us he could fix it and would call that evening or the next day at the latest with an estimate, we never heard from him again. I called several numbers only to be told, ‘No, we don’t fix those’, every time. We were getting desperate. I found Wave Connects on Angie’s List and called the number, left a message and didn’t really have much hope they even did what we needed. Within 15 minutes, Paul called us back, and someone came out, that day! They actually gave us a loaner tv because the entire ordeal did take about two weeks, (not their fault... the first guy caused the problem) diagnosed the trouble and fixed the TV. They didn’t charge us for the loaner TV and they fixed our TV for far less than the cost of buying a new one which we were prepared to do if we had to. From now on, we will only use Wave Connects for all of our AV needs."

"Rick and his assistant arrived on time as discussed the day prior. He assessed the project to hang two TV's on a shared fireplace wall with no cords showing and to place my surround sound speakers. We agreed on a price and they went to work. They took their time to do a good job and Rick was very prompt in responding to some questions I had after the job and told me to call him with any questions I may have. Good service and communication."

"The work Luis and Jose did was exceptional. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were both professional and personable. They made sure everything was done correctly and did not rush. It was a difficult job installing a home theater system in a room were you couldn't route wires in the ceiling or under the floor the whole way, so they got creative. They removed the baseboard, carved space into the walls for the wires and then replaced the baseboards. That is something I never would have thought to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend New Wave Home Audio to others, and the next time I will ask for Luis and Jose again."

"Provided us with cost-effective plan. We had our own mount but seemed heavier than what he usually uses. It was difficult for him, yet he accommodated us, and worked the whole day without a break. Thus we were able to mount 2 TV's. We had minor issues that he's willing to work with us to fix them. Best deal in town and highly recommendable. We should have given clearer guidelines/criteria up front for best results, but the results are still good."
