The service person had to stay a few hours longer but I wasn't charged anything extra for it. They stuck with the amount of the estimate that was quoted. It's only been a couple of months since the install, but I have to say my only complaint at this point is how cold it gets when I turn on the air. But that's a nice problem to have. :)"
