"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"The Two Kathys were a delight to work with. From the first appointment to the last inspection they and their crews were professional, on time, efficient, and friendly - plumbers, electricians, painters, tile and countertop installers - all were polite, and answered all our questions. We changed the original work order to include some changes to our master bedroom and closet, and The Kathys met our requests without seeming to bat an eye. After the project was finished and paid for, there was some fine tuning to be done. The "fix it" person was always there within 24 hours of my call - in one case, just two hours later! We had heard horror stories from friends about home renovations, but Interior Trends put the lie to that. Should we be in need of future renovation there is no other firm we would call but Interior Trends. I give my highest recommendation to Kathy Nieto and Kathy Lyle, and the entire Interior Trends staff and crew."

"We discovered our back door had been installed wrong by a previous person and hired Old Bisbee Enterprises to fix it. They removed the doors, parts of the floor which had been damaged by the water leakage due to the poor previous installation and some of the sheetrock around the door. They then re-built the door, floor and parts of a wall. They re-installed the inside door and the security door. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful! In the process we also discovered we had to have a gutter over this door and they took care of that as well. They were on time every day, worked very hard and did the work for what the estimate said it would cost. These guys are very professional and do amazing work. This is the second job they have done for us. We will hire them again if needed!"

"I had two large pine trees that were tearing up my sidewalk and driveway so I called Mile High to see what my options were. Tom showed up on time to look at the trees and decided that they needed to be removed. He also suggested a few new trees and also a rain collection and irrigation system for the trees and plants. I agreed to have the work done and was scheduled for Monday morning. Tom again showed up as scheduled with two other workers and proceeded to cut the pine trees down. I ended up spending almost the whole day watching them work. It was very entertaining watching Tom climbing and cutting the huge trees. He must be part monkey. <br /> They finished cutting down the trees late in the afternoon on Monday and said they would be back Tuesday. Tom and his helpers showed up right on time again and got to work planting two large ash trees and the rain collection system. I had to leave for an appointment but when I returned I was amazed to see that the entire job had been completed and that they had even removed a few dead bushes that I had planned on doing myself and also cleaned all of the pine needles out of my gutters at no extra charge. <br /> Mile High is a very professional company that I would highly recommend if you need their type of services. I don't think they are the cheapest or the most expensive but in my experience they are very good at what they do and the most important thing is that they show up and complete the work as promised. <br />"

"I know nothing about construction. M3 is a family owned business and has exceptional reviews, which is why I selected them (after getting several other quotes). This was my first remodel on my first home (which is REALLY old) - I had LOTS of questions, and M3 was very responsive and patient with me throughout the whole process. They took a very family oriented approach with me and I never felt that they were out to make the big bucks with me. When I was designing the remodel, Brian provided me with his recommendations, and M3 did things for me that I didn't even request (like put together a ceiling fan and come up with a better solution to my electrical issue that saved me A LOT of money). They were very fast - in and out within a week for a whole kitchen remodel. I rated them a and quot;Band quot; in quality as some of the tiny 1/2 inch glass backsplash aren't 100% aligned. Also, the countertops were ordered before the cabinets were installed. The backsplash is not noticeable unless I point it out (it's just me being picky). They were absolutely wonderful and I believe I paid an excellent price for what I got. Come time for my bathroom remodel, they will be the ones I call. <br />"

FAQs for thermostat installation and replacement projects in San-simon, AZ

Smart thermostats may be worth it for many homeowners. They come with various features, including voice control and smartphone apps. Vacation mode can help lower energy usage when you’re out of town for an extended period. Alert warnings let you know about major spikes or drops in temperature. Smartphone apps can track energy usage, and smart thermostats can learn your routine over time to adjust your temperature and reduce wasted energy consumption automatically.

You typically do not need more than one smart thermostat. While it’s common to see multiple mechanical thermostats throughout a large home, multiple smart thermostats may try to override each other. This can lead to problems with the HVAC system. Ensure the unit you buy has the option for dual- or multi-zoned systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Installing a programmable or smart thermostat may save you $180 per year in utility costs. A big part of this comes from a smart thermostat’s ability to learn and adapt to your regular routines. With smartphone apps or web-based interfaces, you also have the option to control your thermostat when you’re not home.
