"I had a dishwasher blow and water was underneath the flooring causing it to come up. He came in and removed the flooring and placed fans and a heater to dry out the areas involved. This took two weeks and through it all I was so impressed with his work and the details he took to insure everything was dry. He placed the machines, so I could maneuver around the kitchen area without too much trouble. He came every day to check and take readings. If I would ever have another water problem I would not hesitate to call him again. I am very particular about who comes into my home to work. I was extremely comfortable with him coming and going. I would recommend him in a heartbeat."

"It went great. I love Angies list. Brandi from Armored Restoration contacted me immediately and we went through the details and she had the crew come out and figured out my water problems. They had to work in the worst conditions where other companies didnt even wanna touch it or even call me back. It was a lengthy process to get everything back to new but was to be expected with how long everything was wet and damaged. At first I was mad cause I had to pay so much to fix everything that was wrong. But now after its fixed I dont have any respiratory problems or allergies or running nose and headaches. I had no clue how bad the mold was affecting my life. Glad I waited to post a review. Thanks for saving me!!"

"The guys from Alpha took care of our attic issue in no time at all. They were clean and tidy in the access area - you'd never know they were even there. We would highly recommend them......."

"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

"We moved into a beautiful 1915 Craftsman style house, and the gutters really needed to be replaced. After collecting 8 quotes, Lifetime Gutters NW, Inc. not only beat the other competitive prices, but they were courteous in explaining the work and answering all of our questions. Read the other reviews and you'll keep seeing this name appear: Vladimir. He is professional, polite and patient in explaining all your options for gutters. He made us feel like he cared about our house. The gutter removal/install work was carried out over 3 days through the pouring Portland rains, and the team arrived/finished on time. If you want the best price, professional service, and beautiful gutters then call Lifetime Gutters NW, Inc."

"This five star review is specifically for Riley who?s had great communication throughout the restoration process and kept the project moving."

"The laundry and bathroom and garage had severe water damage and Anders did a wonderful job. Each worker was kind and efficient."

"I was out of town in January during a winter storm when I was notified of broken water pipes which had been and still were, flooding my office building. I came across The Crawlspace Crew in my search for a plumber....which they offered to help me with. At that time, that was all I thought I needed, but their expert, kind and informative receptionist told me why I was likely in need of their services....and she was so right!!! (Thank you Lexi!!) They were there to assess the situation even before I was able to see it for myself (massive destruction necessitating essentially a full remodel), established and maintained communication with my insurance company and handled the remediation promptly, professionally and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I will always be grateful to them. Excellent communication, excellent service, excellent product! Thank you, one and all!"

"These guys are the best in the business. I suspected a mold issue in my bathroom, so I called up PNW Mold Masters. They were able to get a technician out in less than 24 hours. Service tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly, which made for a delightful interaction. They did detect mold in my bathroom and promptly came up with an action plan to correct the issue. All in, I had mold problem resolved within 48 hours of my initial call. I would highly recommend PNW Mold Masters to anyone looking to get a test or removal of mold at very market competitive pricing. 10/10 experience. Will call them again for any future issues."
