"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. Autumn, Nick, and Nathan (You are the only ones I spoke with) You guys seriously have made such a huge difference in our lives, with your kindness, professionalism, quick service, and patience. "While any major home remodel can seem daunting, Mark's group of professionals made the master bathroom remodel process easy for me. Mark, a Navy veteran, is the owner, and took my call when I inquired about an estimate. Debbie is the interior consultant, and she took her time going over several options and price points. She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. They arrived on time and tidied up at the end of the day. We ran into some minor issues which were easily overcome, and they exceeded my expectations. As advertised, this was a five day job. The remodel turned out much better than what I had envisioned, and I'm extremely happy with my "new" bathroom. Their warranty gives me peace of mind, and I expect to enjoy the bathroom for many years to come!"
