He and his assistant had state of the art equipment and could not have been nicer and more informative about the whole process. "The guy came out and we were talking a little bit. He said he had been in business a long time and there were a few things that he said were correct. It was the original water heater in the house and if you drained it, it was not going to seal back it.  The way he demonstrated it did not seal back up and he told me it was imminent that I got that water heater replaced. It was of urgent nature and it was not running properly and flames must be shooting out of the water heater case it was dark. I got the impression that he would sell me the most expensive water heater for about $1300. So I did not call back and I did not do anything with them. He was very nice and he did what he did sort of efficiently. He knew what he was doing but as far as the recommendation to purchase the water heater because it is going to burn down the house, I don’t take it very lightly. That was scary. He did not do what the package entailed. The package entitled draining the water heater and checking the facets outside and he never checked the facets. The price was what attracted me."
