I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. "Cesar came to consult on my leaking water heater, was super friendly and gave me a few options to choose from. Since my issue was a bit urgent, they were able to source a 75 gal water heater and by the afternoon they were able to start installation. Vincent came to do the installation and he was super friendly as well. He took care to dry up any water spillage, and tidied up and took time to answer my questions before leaving. "Jesus did a great job: the house builders installed irrigation that tapped into the water main before the valve into the house, so that a leak in the irrigation system (plastic pipes) meant that we had to shut off water to the house at the water meter at the curb. We had a leak in a buried plastic irrigation pipe, and so we had to do without water until it could be fixed. Jess installed a copper pipe to split off from the main pipe and added a valve, and mated copper pipe to the irrigation plastic pipes, so that if there were a future leak in the irrigation system, it's easy to shut that off w/o having to shut off the whole house. Jesus was on time, did a great job, fixed things quickly, and I'd definitely hire him again."

"I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. I tried two weeks of either fixing it by watching Youtube or have other plumbers come over to take a look at the issue. None of them were able to help me resolve my tankless water issue. After 2 weeks of no hot water, I decided to give HomeAdvisor and Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter a try. Aaron came over the next day and point out the issues with my old water heater and suggested me to replace a new water heater with dedicated gas line. After 2 weeks of no hot water and researching issues that might happen to tankless hot water, I was convince what Aaron suggested. Aaron was very thorough and professional about the entire installation process. After the installation, there was error from the new tankless water heater. Aaron came out immediate to help resolve the issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer. I want to thank Aaron for his time and effort to restore hot water to my house. Aaron will be my go to plumber if I ever need plumbing help. George"

(Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

"The owner, Mike, came to inspect the problem (DIY mess left by me. A half threaded part of shower arm stuck behind) and then proposed a solution which he trusts his job team lead, Manuel, could improvise as needed to avoid cutting through tile walls to minimize damages (and implied later headache and hidden cost). Which all other bidders all included cutting the tile wall without patch-up post job done. Mike was a very good negotiator and flexible at coming to a bid price I cannot not wait and compare. Otherwise, I could lose the reasonable offer. Mike is like an openbook. After job bid approved, he immediately schedule the work for next day right at the table. Manuel led a team of 4 for my project. Manuel is a nice guy, very approachable and would explain any questions I had. Nicely getting job done. At the end, the staff even vacuumed the mess and no trash left behind. I would definitely invite Mike/Manuel team back should I need another new plumbing job to be taken care of."

"We needed our Garbage Disposal replaced. We bought one, but realized we needed help to get it installed. Mike Counsil to the rescue. This is the 3rd time we have had work done by them. Last year they redid the pipes in our house, so it was a no brainer to call them for help with disposal installation! They communicate during the entire thing. Called and showed up when they said they would. This time we had Besmir and Jordy doing the work. Very friendly, explained what they needed to do, made suggestions along the way. "Had a cracked undermount bathroom sink that needed replacement, which isn't really something either contractors or plumbers typically deal with. Luckily (and surprisingly) Mike Counsil Plumbing listed this service on their website, and they confirmed this over the phone. Called on a Mon. morning...very polite and helpful, scheduled earliest available appt. Wed. morning. Arrived within stated appt. window, and provided work estimate; separate pro came shortly thereafter to start actual work. Proved to be a difficult job to carefully remove old sink without damaging granite or wood countertops, but the pro did a great job. Although we furnished the replacement sink, the pro had to take a trip to the local hardware store to get additional undersink mounts - something we didn't anticipate. Once installed, it became clear that the new sink basin drain was closer to the back wall; so, to salvage the existing pipe, he took an additional trip to the hardware store to get an uncommon short pipe adapter, which he didn't stock on his van. Still ended up having to cut the pipe stub down to fit the drain and P-trap, but we appreciated the willingness to solve the problem - solve all of the problems that popped up, as everyones setup is slightly different. So, the pro ended taking several hours to get it all done, and the labor charge as you might imagine was costly...but fair. But the end result was a new, leak-free bathroom sink, as if nothing had ever happened. And, as a busy person who values their time, it was well worth it. I never noticed their green vans around town before, but I do now - Mike Counsil Plumbing services are clearly in demand, and it's obvious why."
