"He came in and fixed my washer within minutes"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Very good service, professional and def would recommend."

"Tech was quick and quiet, showed up on time.  Answered my questions.  Tried to use again later for an emergency but wouldn't return phone calls left with emergency after hours phone answering service, and then didn't show up for an appointment. I wouldn't and haven't used them again.

"The problem was not replacing the washers but removing the faucet from it's mount or I would have done the job myself.  The plumber also had considerable difficulty in removing the faucet and had to get a special tool to get the job done.  I was pleased with his work and attitude and would use his services again.

"Rick was on time, very focused, demonstrated his repairs, outlined options for further work."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"It went great. I was very pleased with the service and taken care of right away."

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"
