Then, I was promised a 2:00PM-5:00 PM Friday arrival 01/09/2026. Pablo, the technician, didn't show up until nearly 7:00 PM on a Friday night. I was grateful for this, but it gets worse from here. He admitted he could have installed a generic part to get our heat running, but since it was late on a Friday, he clearly just wanted to go home.
