"they filled in the old septic tank and took out two citrus trees . We finnally decided we didn't need a saw to cut them just strength to carry them to the front . It is still rocky where they filled it in and we haven't planted grass. we may need some good black dirt . too bad that wasn't in with the project . the sand is rocky so not really sure. I had to pay them $45 for their service, which wasn’t bad at all. However, they are going up. They came out when they said they were going to come out. They repaired the water heater. The plumber didn’t have to come back out. He did a great job and he was great."
