"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"From beginning to end, the service provided by Wambo's WaterWorks was urgent, professional, and effective. As a renter, not only did my service professional consult with my landlord- he also consulted with me. Upon arriving, the service professional surveyed both the interior and exterior of the property and reported his findings back to me. The information provided was clear and concise. Upon returning with the necessary supplies, he safely removed my toilet and examined/cleaned beneath it. Instead of just installing the new toilet, my service professional went deep enough to identify the main cause of my plumbing issues. After providing this analysis, he proceeded to install the new toilet and ensure that the water was flowing smoothly. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
