Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity. I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. This company knows water heaters, and I appreciate his honesty that he could install a tankless heater, but financially, the layout of my house would not be in my best interest.
