"As remodels go, there are always issues only exacerbated by covid. The team reworked the schedule at extra hassle to the workers when the tub arrived cracked and introduced 2+ week delay. They sought feedback and quickly course corrected when we were not aligned. They seamlessly absorbed change orders like AC installation in tight spaces. The chandelier was perfect for the space addressing multiple design challenges...and i understood that they had to build a platform as my ceiling height wasn’t accessible with all ladders. The overall design was elegant and addressed numerous challenges (kitchen is really a study in small spaces...it feels so much open than before without moving a single wall). The quality of the finished product is really remarkable. When i was burglarized (broked into lockbox), they immediately arranged for locksmith to help resecure my home. Due to unforeseen delays and change orders the work took 3.5 months vs our original estimate. They made sure every item on my punchlist was addressed and with quality. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results."

"Mr Raygozza was hired to supply labor to repair dry rot in a bathroom floor, install a new angle stop for the new toilet, install new sub floor and put down linoleum squares. He also repaired the lower bathroom. The drywall needed to be replace from water damage from the upper toilet. He installed a new vanity, sink and fixtures. He replaced the angle stops for the sink and put down linoleum squares on the floor. My 33 year old son assisted in anything Mr  Raygozza needed. Parts running, painting, cleaning etc. Mr Raygozza did an excellent job. He showed up on time, performed the task that we talked about and completed the job on time and in a very professional manner. I hesitated to give him a good review, because I didn't want him to get to busy to work for me again. I have work at my residence that I will definitely be using  his services again. <br />"

"Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times. <br />"
