Our install date was affected by weather which was frustrating, but not their fault obviously. We had a 3 rail split rail fence installed with 3 gates. They made the gates custom on site, which was awesome to watch. The owner is Carlos and he is very fair and reasonable. "I'll start this review by saying that to me, the "end result" is what counts most.  And Neale and his company produced exactly the custom look security fence I had envisioned.  This was a bit of an unusual request, because even though many people have iron bars welded over their A/C units for security, I needed two large, expensive (side by side) heat pumps protected.  Also, I felt a "security fence" would look better than just metal bars.  So here was my experience: After 1st calling and getting leaving a message with an assistant, it did take a few days but Neale called me back to set up an appointment to give an estimate.  He arrived right on time, took a look at the situation, and after a few minutes of brainstorming we were on exactly the same page in terms of design - and I liked how he sketched it out.  I also felt his quote was very reasonable (his was the 3rd estimate I had gotten).  And I don't know, there was just something about Neale, I could tell he had a *passion* for security fencing and "keeping crooks out" so to speak.  After getting my estimate in writing via email later that day, I put down my (1/3) deposit.  About a week later, after fabricating much of the fence in his shop, Neale and his team arrived and got to work fast.  I took them 2 days total, which was fine (day #1 they installed the fence posts and the concrete needed to set overnight).  Day# was most of the assembly,  welding and the paint job. Now, about 2 weeks later, I am extremely happy with the final result.  Very secure, and very sharp looking!  Even the gloss black paint job is very nice.  My neighbors have made several admiring comments over the past week also.  The only thing I could fault, if anything, would be if speed - is critical too you.Baltimore Wrought does seem like a busy company so don't be surprised if there is a week or so delay / backlog.  Also, they do prefer cash payment vs credit card.  (I did my deposit on credit card and paid the final 2/3 cash).  But  these minimal factors were not a big deal for me, because *high quality* work and to a lesser extent, total price, were all I really cared about - and these guys definitely delivered on both!

"Mark's Lawn and Landscaping did a beautiful job removing and old settled concrete walkway from the front of our house and installed a beautiful new paver walkway. They were prompt, showed up on the appointment date on schedule, and completed the job ahead of their original estimate. We are extremely happy with the new walkway and work that Mark and his crew performed, at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely call on Mark's again when it comes time to re-do our back patio."

"mail.We originally contacted the contractor near the end of April since my wife and I wanted to get some stumps removed from our back yard and to replace the fence. We were also wondering if we needed to get the large spruce tree at the front of the house cut down since it was leaning and shedding alot of needles. Ben came out and gave us an estimate for removing the tree, grinding and removing the stumps in the yard, taking down the fence, and grading the sloping back yard, which is what we also wanted.
The quote we received was complete, and stated that it was good for 60 days. Well, work ramped up, and we weren't able to get fence quotes as well as a boundary survey completed until mid to late June after we came back from vacation.At that point, we had decided to leave the tree alone, since we were told it was healthy and not a danger. We also found a fence company we were comfortable working with.
Two days after the 60 days was up, I both telephoned and emailed the company with a revison of the original quote (minus the tree removal)  and said that I hoped that that quote was still good, and that we would like to get the work done within two weeks to coordinate with the fence contractor.
I didn't get any response, so I again left a voice mail.
I understand that it is a small family-owned business, but I would hope that someone would check both email and voice messages at least once a day.  Email is great, but it still doesn't beat the personal touch of a real person's voice on the phone.
I'd still like to hire them, and I know that I let time pass before deciding to hire them, but I would appreciate some contact, please.

"Jose and his team did a very good job! I needed to get an entire stair railing painted with two colors and within two days over the weekend as I was very tight on time. They completed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!"

"Fred worked quickly. He finished the entry gate and replaced part of the fence that was missing. His work was excellent. He did a much better job than the original company which installed the fence. Then he started attaching the wire fence to one side of the fence. Initially he was'nt sure if he'd be able to attach the wire to the entire fence and I did not expect him to because he had done so much already. Fred had to move some tree branches out of his way in some areas but he manged to attach the wire fence to the entire wood fence. He did a wonderful job and he his work exceeded my expectations. I would use this company again and I'm going to tell my friends and family about them.

"This didn’t turn out as good as I was expecting. Basically when you purchase the contract you have to be your own foreman and superintendent and quality control. They scheduled it around time we weren’t able to be home so we probably didn’t get as much labor as we should have. They were going to charge me $370 for 8 hours additional labor which I didn’t agree with."
