When I called Beltway I gave the make/model of the unit and the woman booked us for the next morning. I cleared my schedule for the 8-12 window given. At 8:26 I received a message saying that Beltway does NOT service said-unit. Not only was I told that it was covered during the IN-PERSON visit when agreeing to the yearly service plan - I was also told when scheduling the appointment that they could service this unit (I had pulled out the manual to give them the specific Make/Model # if requested). When Julio the manager called after the cancellation he could not even give me the name of another repair company. It feels like we've been mislead or scammed."
