"Our heat went out and we reached out to Beltway. They were able to get out to us in a timely manner and diagnose the problem. The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. After discussing our options with Ryan we decided to replace our furnace and AC unit instead of risking future issues and pouring more money in to an old system. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit. They have a 5 year labor warranty on their work which is far better than most companies that only offer a one or two year warranty. The install team was very courteous and polite, always wearing shoe covers and taking down decorations or moving stuff to avoid damage while coming in and out. "Sila was great about scheduling repair visit same day. Repairman showed up early (good), diagnosed problem before he even got to the unit (bad capacitor, buzzing), had part onboard truck, and then fixed it in less than 20 minutes, total visit. Charged me $439. Cost was $149 for diagnostic/visit + $290 for replacing the part. Repair was so quick that it was less labor than would have been required for a more common diagnostic. Since doing research after the visit, I'm of the opinion that the cost was excessive -- perhaps twice what it should have been. Service was good, but I would think twice before using Sila again, say, to replace this 17 yo system down the road."

"Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more."
