They did extensive exterior scraping of our 3-story building, spot treated, and waterproof painted it. He walked us through the process as far as dealing with the city. "I had trouble understanding Luis because of his accent and my hearing loss. But his associate, Alex was an excellent communicator and we did end up hiring them to re-point our Flagstone walkway. They did an excellent job cleaning out the old, broken cement and grinding down the existing flagstones so that they could get more cement between them. And they still are arranged aesthetically which was very important to me. They brought everything needed and cleaned up when the job was done.
