"I had large water damage in my finished basement. One side of our basement was a game room and the other side was storage room. All was carpeted and was packed with stuffed. The water was running for at least running for more than 24 hours until I noticed it. It was a disaster. I went to the internet on a Sunday and typed in WATER DAMAGE. Within one hour I got call from Noah from SERVMATE. He ordered a POD to remove the content from my basement, we ended getting another POD because we had so much stuff. His team removed the carpet and the water stained dry wall and set up drying units to complete the drying process. I was so happy with the speed of his teamâ  s response. They saved us more damage with their quick response. Thank you, Noah and SERVMATE"

"Initial project: Grade B.  Overall went well.  Only reason for a B is that they noted that they were going to put a trench around my laundry sink as a means to prevent damage if it overflowed.  But when they came back to do the job it wasn't done.  Overall I haven't had a drop of water since the install so that is very good.  The rep was Adam.
- !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this wouldn't have been an option in the first place as it could pose a local issue (gray water pumped outside the home.

Warranty: Grade A. Adam (rep) noted to me that no matter where (not through windows or above obviously) water came in (walls or floor) that the warranty would cover it.  Well you don't get the warranty until after the job... and guess what?  Water up from the floors isn't covered.  Not cool.
- !!!! UPDATE 20121125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this condition is covered.  My mistake. Grade changed to A.

Basement windows: Grade F.  Called them and had them out to estimate putting in a basement egress as well as the other basement windows.  The rep (Brett) came out, measured, etc.  Then nothing.  I called.  I called.  The customer service team told me on numerous occasions that the "president of the company" was going to call.  He never did.  Eventually, a sub or partner of theirs called me and provided me a quote over the phone (for the egress - the didn't do the other windows).  The quote was blind and didn't take into consideration any of the data that Brett collected during his visit.  This ordeal was a TOTAL waste of my time.
- !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this rep is no longer with them and that he should have provided an immediate quote for the windows.  The only time the sub should have called is for the egress...

Customer service: Grade C.  They provided a mold remediation treatment as part of the basement water proofing.  One of my walls not is showing signs of something.  So I called.  Nothing.  No call back.  Nothing.
I regret going with this company.  I should have bit the bullet and spent the extra $$ to go with their competition.
- !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM.  He will be out in 2 days to treat the location and noted he will install a hose into my dehumidifier so that it drains into the system.
- !!!! UPDATE 20131127: Jeff was out, assessed the situation and provided a clear path to resolution.  I have homework but his team will be out to solve the problem.
- !!!! UPDATE 20140115 Grade changed to C.  Jeff's team corrected the issue to my satisfaction."

"They were very compassionate with my financial situation and fixing the damage that was done to my home. They helped me in the time of need with a quick response as well. I am absolutely very satisfied with this company."

"From start to finish, SI Restoration was professional and timely. They were such a gem to work with during a very tough time. Our home suffered water damage from a water leak in the kitchen to the basement. The team sent to my home (same day) was courteous, knowledgeable, and set up the drying equipment. They explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. They came back every day to monitor the moisture levels and made adjustments as necessary. I would highly recommend this company."

"They were great to work with! They arrived promptly and were very professional and courteous from the start to finish. Great experience, and a pleasure to work with. They referred some professionals for the remediation and to fix the home from the flood damage. They walked me through the whole process and made sure I was happy the whole way through."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Challenging job as unseen water damage caused further repairs as things were uncovered. Very professional quotes and prices that made it much easier for me to deal with my insurance company. End result is very good."

Of course we will do everything in our power to try to get the stains out but not all stains are removable, it depends on a lot of factors. We guarantee our service only on spots and or stains that we remove during cleaning (one week guaranteed), providing that you honor our technicians' recommendations on what needs to be done on your carpets, e.g. if you need deep cleaning and our technicians recommend it and you don't want to do it and just want us to steam clean your carpets, we will be happy to steam clean your carpets, however we cannot guarantee anything.
