My experience with Supreme Window was excellent from the moment I called to get an estimate on replacing a broken window in the basement. I explained to Chris the situation and he was able to send a salesman to our house that night.  At this point, we had also decided to replace 2 very large windows in the bedrooms upstairs.  Albert showed up right on time and discussed the options with us which included very expensive laminate, which does not shatter when broken.  I was immediately interested in this for the bedrooms because there are very large trees behind my house and I am always concerned with them breaking the windows.  Albert took a look and explained that the laminate was not necessary b/c of the large overhang we have protecting the windows.  We really appreciated that he did not push a very expensive product on us.  In the end, we chose laminate for the basement, but that was totally our decision.  We took a chance based on the great reviews on Angies List and did not get other estimates since we were in a hurry to replace the broken window, so we signed a contract that night.  The windows were ready about 3 weeks later.  Chris called to let us know they were in last night, and we were able to have Eric come out today to install them!  The installation went very well and they took their time to make sure they were well caulked and in properly. They cleaned up afterward and also made sure we knew how to open/close/lock and lift off for cleaning.  There was one tear in a screen and they will be back tomorrow to get that screen replaced right away.  We are very pleased with the overall experience with Supreme Window and Door.

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

"The first service completed by this provider went fine. This was a move-in cleaning.  The townhouse had been vacant for two months and was empty of furniture. The cleaning crew showed up on time, cleaned the townhouse and I was able to contact the company when the service was completed to authorize payment.  The crew did a good job.  Nothing out of the ordinary or outstanding but did a good job. The only complaint I have was that it took 2.5 hours to clean a home that had been professionally cleaned two months ago and had not been lived since then.  
The second service completed by this provider was a service disaster. This was a move-out cleaning.  The cleaning crew showed up almost an hour late with no notification from the company.  I tried to contact the company repeatedly via Angie's List message and phone prior to their arrival but I received no response to any messages I left.  The crew finally arrived and performed the cleaning. Again, they did a good job. Once they finished I tried to reach the company to finalize my bill but, again, received no answer and no call back or message.  One of the crew members called the company using her own phone and was able to reach someone.  I was then given an opportunity to speak to that person. I was given excuses as to why the crew arrived late (but no apology for not contacting me or responding to my (many) messages).   I was told that I would receive a discount for the cleaning service for the delay in the arrival of the crew.
The day after the cleaning was completed I received a pending charge from the company for almost double the price that was agreed to.  I contacted the company again via Angie's List message and was told they would verify the amount of time the cleaning crews were at the locations and then send me an invoice.  That was two days ago.  They have not yet sent me an invoice.  Nor have I received any other communications from this company.

"They did a great job.  They ordering process was very easy and the installation went well. Their pricing was right in line with other companies. They were very efficient.  Communication was very good and I especially liked working with the team leader.  He had given us choices and suggested purchasing part of the windows at the time.  He explained all the pros and cons and looked at and provided subcontractor names and numbers. We are definitely considering using them to replace the remainder of the windows."

"Roofing and gutter work was very efficient and satisfactory. Removed old shingles and paper and replaced with new paper, ice shield and shingles, all in the same day. Took care to protect foundation plantings and deck. All materials removed and magnetic roller used to pick up loose nails in the grass. Gutters were replaced subsequently; again all work was professional and completed quickly with all debris removed.
Skylight took some work to get the right replacement - non-standard size - but once the right replacement skylight was delivered, removal and installation was done quickly.
Tony and Hassan worked with my insurance company and the adjuster to fully identify what needed to be replaced and did the work for the amount approved by the insurance company. Tony was on-site when the adjuster arrived for his inspection and accompanied him throughout.
