The men who performed the work were on time and got straight to work covering items that needed protecting from the dust and we're considerate of not damaging my newly sealcoated driveway. All four men knew their jobs and worked well together. They worked through lunch and even had to deal with a rainy day. They answered any questions I had. After they were done, everything was cleaned up well."

The job took a few days to complete, as for his estimates he completed in the time frame given and the cost did not change.  Mr. Holdren came back as per requested by myself to adjust the vent in one room and the air displacement in another. UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this wouldn't have been an option in the first place as it could pose a local issue (gray water pumped outside the home. <br /> <br />  Warranty: Grade A. Adam (rep) noted to me that no matter where (not through windows or above obviously) water came in (walls or floor) that the warranty would cover it.  Well you don't get the warranty until after the job... and guess what?  Water up from the floors isn't covered.  Not cool. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20121125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this condition is covered.  My mistake. Grade changed to A. <br /> <br /> Basement windows: Grade F.  Called them and had them out to estimate putting in a basement egress as well as the other basement windows.  The rep (Brett) came out, measured, etc.  Then nothing.  I called.  I called.  The customer service team told me on numerous occasions that the "president of the company" was going to call.  He never did.  Eventually, a sub or partner of theirs called me and provided me a quote over the phone (for the egress - the didn't do the other windows).  The quote was blind and didn't take into consideration any of the data that Brett collected during his visit.  This ordeal was a TOTAL waste of my time. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this rep is no longer with them and that he should have provided an immediate quote for the windows.  The only time the sub should have called is for the egress...  <br /> <br /> Customer service: Grade C.  They provided a mold remediation treatment as part of the basement water proofing.  One of my walls not is showing signs of something.  So I called.  Nothing.  No call back.  Nothing. <br /> I regret going with this company.  I should have bit the bullet and spent the extra $$ to go with their competition. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM.  He will be out in 2 days to treat the location and noted he will install a hose into my dehumidifier so that it drains into the system.  <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20131127: Jeff was out, assessed the situation and provided a clear path to resolution.  I have homework but his team will be out to solve the problem. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20140115 Grade changed to C.  Jeff's team corrected the issue to my satisfaction."

They were professional and provided Value for the their work including drying the damp areas from below the floor and above removing the possibility of a mold issue."

"Jim and his people provided excellent service. They were timely and stayed on the job until done. My house is a three story Queen Anne Victorian with six colors. They prepped, sanded and applied primer where needed. Important to my wife is that the guys were very careful around her abundant plantings. They repaired my weather vane sitting high atop the house and erected scaffolding to do much of their work. The painting went well and has held up just fine.There were some very high and difficult to reach places that they painted as well. I have no reservations about Jim, his workers or the quality of his job."
