"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours).
