"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"We had pest and ant problems in a 1930’s home we recently purchased. It had been vacant for some time. Part of the solution was to redo the crawl space. Andy Construction gave us a very reasonable quote for removing what was there and installing the vapor barriers, replacing spotty floor insulation, sealing cracks and new access doors.
