The owner, Eric, quoted the job the day we called and did the work a day later. Our old service just steam cleaned the carpet in about 90 minutes total where as ReR shampooed the carpets first then steam cleaned to remove the soap and dirt. Eric worked all of 5 hours making our carpet look new again!! He even left us a high powered blower to help dry out the house as the humidity had to be one of the highest we have seen this summer. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view.
