"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Unfortunately and not healthy, I my air ducts and vents have been serviced long time ago and a bad smell start to appear each time I turned the heater or air conditioning on, so after investing good amount of time online by research and contacting a few air duct companies, I contacted Attic Masters from LA. Their customer service was very professional and friendly, they explained to me what should be done and they were able to schedule an appointment two days after. "it went fine. He didn't have a lot of experience with infrared grills but he managed to fix it. At the moment one of the igniters already failed so I have to call him about that but overall I would use them again. He did charge me a "location/driving" fee despite the fact that he was already in the neighborhood for another job. So that was the only thing that I felt was unnecessary as I was literally on his way back but other than that would call them again for sure. Quick and good service."
