"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Lead plumber Mitchell, did great service with even better follow up. As with a lot of services, it comes down to the actual person with which you interact. Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

"Everything went well and they serviced it since. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them."

"We would HIGHLY recommend J & L Mechanical for all your AC & HVAC needs!! Their customer service, prompt response time and execution at installation was amazing. When they came to install the system, they were on time, friendly, respectful of property plus went above and beyond to install our new thermostat which was not part of the "invoice". Thank you again!!"

"Great quick response and furnace issues fixed."
