He was very thorough and explained everything effectively.  They were very good about being neat and following all the proper procedures for removing mold.  We have a statement that further explains they did remove the mold. As long as we follow through with the process, we will not have any mold in the future. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "I called for a leak near my shower.  Had spread into the adjacent room and I was concerned about the floor below.  Originally contacted Bamford Plumbing but due to scheduling issues was referred to Aqua.  The person who answered the phone was very professional and was able to schedule me early the next week.
My grade on the punctuality has to do with my plumber being dragged away to a local Burger King where a line had burst, flooding the restaurant.  He apologized and actually ended up swinging by the house during his drive back to get parts for the Burger King job.  He quickly diagnosed the problem which ended up requiring a minor adjustment.  Due to the delay and the minimal nature of the issue, he did not charge me for the service.  I will be using Aqua again, specifically because despite his late arrival, he kept me in the loop as to his legitimate reasons for the delay.  Some services I've dealt with in the past will turn into a black hole, becoming unreachable and giving no explanation.
