Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

"This was second time we have used Mann Made Plumbing and, as before, were very happy with their work. Prompt. Efficient. Professional. Courteous. Joe showed me how the original builders had installed a pipe leading to the faucet that was too long and finally the pressure had pushed it out on the outside. He quickly shortened the pipe to the proper length, installed the replacement and resealed the opening to the house. He also inspected the other faucets and answered all my questions about our existing tank-less hot water systems and some questions I had about one of our shower installations. We most highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs."

"A few months ago we purchased a new refrigerator and had the water line installed. The problem was that the conection had been made to the unsoftened water line. These guys corrected this and patched the pipe. The new correct connection was made to a new line they installed. Copper instead of the plastic that had been there. They did a very nice job. "Went very well. They are the best reliable plumbing business out there. They supplied and installed new double basin wall hung laundry tray with new laundry faucet and waste piping under sink. They also installed new laundry drain line to tub and new laundry riser connecting to existing drain above ground and the back to existing vent line. The next day they returned to dispose of everything that was removed. I can't imagine having anyone else do my plumbing. As a matter of fact they will start installing a new interior domestic water supply pipe system in my home tomorrow and that review will be forthcoming. As always they are the best. <br />"

"We discovered our water heater not working one evening, when all plumbing companies were closed, so I checked Angie's List and chose 4 highly-rated ones, including Reichelt.  Wanting to get the water heater fixed ASAP, I faxed these companies, describing the problem, around 11:00 PM so I would be among the first customers on the following day's schedules.  Reichelt called me around 8:00 AM the next day, and I spoke to a very nice lady who said someone could be out between 10 AM and 1 PM.  The technician called around 9:30 and said he would by at my home in 45 minutes, which he was.  After assessing the situation, he gave me several options, including replacing the heater.  After reviewing the options and their costs, I chose to replace the heater, and I feel I got a better product than what was originally installed in my home when it was built 7 years ago.  Vince completed the job when he said he would and did an excellent job, working hard the entire time.  He didn't try to rack up more minutes by dogging it like some contractors may do.  I could tell he took pride in his work and the results showed.  After purging the air from the water lines, some of the sediment clogged our kitchen faucet, which Vince worked hard to fix.  He wouldn't leave the house, though, until this problem was corrected, and I was impressed with that and his perseverance.  Plus, he didn't charge me more because the clogged faucet was a result of the water heater sediment in the copper pipes.  I am confident some plumbers would try to charge more for this additional work..  I will definitely use Reichelt again for my plumbing needs and will tell our friends and family about them too. <br />"
