"So far so good.  Chris took my call right away and was there the next day to install the water heater.  Tenants are very happy.  We are having a little problem right now with the pilot light extinguishing and Chris has promised to get there as soon as the tenants return from their Christmas vacation.   Follow up:  Chris returned and replaced the faulty water heater.  The new unit is operating perfectly and without any interruption.
