Ron took the time to hear the issues and expressed concern even empathy that this could be a major repair. We set up an appointment and he was there when he said he would be. Ron walked me through the issues and options and answered extensive questions.. I also needed a hot tub cover so took the measurements and ordered in for me. As soon as the new motor and blower came in (yeah, I had a big problem) he called and completed the repair. I could not have asked for a better experience. The old adage that you get what you pay.... when Ron leaves you know that you paid for a repair that was done right and you were treated with utmost respect. Ron is a professional who still puts the customer in customer service. Not only do I have a hot tub that is like new, I have the confidence that it is fixed correctly and if there is an issue he will make it right. That is a good feeling and not one that is common in today's business world. I highly recommend Sierra Pool and Spa.
