"Did a good job installing a new frame and back door. They took the existing screen door and installed it. No more gap at the bottom and air tight! the only problem I had, is after they left, I found damage to the new door around the hardware bolt exits were pieces of the door had been broken off. That's why quality is at a 4 star. Other than that, they were cheaper than other quotes and very friendly/professional. I plan to use them again for other projects."

"Called on Saturday for some furnace issues. Calvin came out on a Sunday and not only did he fix the issue quickly, he answered all other questions and even hooked up a wire on the furnace so I could add a WiFi thermostat in the future. Family owned and very reliable and priced well. Will highly recommend to everyone."

"Removed Tub and shower and replaced with full shower and doors, replaced sink, vanity, toilet and tile.

"Their office was in constant contact with me to assure I was happy. Workers would call or text when on their way. They explained all that was going to be done and an estimated price. There are a couple of items left that we must wait for a wall to be built and they will come back and finish it. RECOMMEND"

"It's August, so this is a bad time for the air conditioner to suddenly stop working! We had heard good things about Trumpy Heating & Cooling before, so I thought I would give them a call. Withing an hour, he was at our home doing a thorough inspection of the outside unit, inside unit, vents, thermostat & more. He informed us of exactly what needed to be done and why - explaining it in a way that made sense mechanically and financially. He answered all our questions for both the needed repair and possibilities to improve our system in future. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Matt gave us an upfront estimate for repair and replacement of our 25 year old furnace. We elected to go with a new one and felt like we got a good product, a quality installation, and a fair price."
