"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Johnston was that company. Knowing nothing about them, it was a risk...having already spent money for the initial install. Yet we were out at ease with the initial 730am phone call that weâ d placed for service. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, answering every question that we had and walking us through the diagnosis/repair. Excellent service all around! Would recommend them any day."

Also, if you opt for the three month sanitizing treatment, make sure that you keep a record of when your ductwork is due. You must call them for the treatment because they will not remind you. If you ask for a refund for services not rendered, they are not handled in a timely or proper manner.

Joe went out of his way to work with us so my mother can get another air conditioner unit. You all are coming next Thursday (20th) to install her unit.
