"We had the septic tank at a rental property pumped and found it was full of diapers. Jahkondeh, our service technician, did a fabulous job cleaning up this problem and recommending solutions. As a result of this experience, we are planning to schedule maintenance on two more properties and will request that he provide the service if possible."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"Reached out to multiple plumbing companies for a quote on a water treatment system I wanted installed. Tyler from Miller Plumbing solutions came out to my house and I was blown away with his knowledge and understanding of the treatment system that would work best for our home. He left me with options and didn’t pressure me into any Avenue . I had other estimates that were cheaper but each technician I dealt with seemed to just give me a price and didn’t have much more information on why. I’m very happy I went with Miller Plumbing solutions the value of their service was well worth it."

"Outstanding response to failed water heater on Sunday afternoon. While water was now heating, noted a leak in the heater which would result in a future failure. I chose to replace the water heater. Mr. Thurston had the same item in stock. Delivered new and replaced the old heater in less than two hours total."

"Service went well.  He was polite, quite, and professional.  We have no problems with disposal or toilers since his call.

"Jaime returned my call immediately after leaving him a message and arrived at my home within 30 minutes.  My water bill had skyrocketed so we suspected a water pipe leak, which Jaime confirmed.  After some digging near the water main, he and his team quickly found the leaky pipe, which was buried in the front yard.  The pipe was fixed and holes in the ground filled in just a couple of hours.
Jaime and his team were professional, courteous and couldn't have been more prompt.  His rates were competitive.  I will definitely call on Smith Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

"We have a long history with VPS, so Robert was a natural to do this job for us. The work involved several visits over the course of a month or more in coordination with the general contractor who was doing the renovation work and electricians. The work was done to a very high quality standard, as Robert knows his business well and has very high standards. He's also very friendly and a great communicator - when you can reach him. The difficulty in working with VPS is that they are so busy that telephone calls, texts and emails often don't get returned for days, and there were several occasions when VPS didn't show up when they were scheduled to, with no advance notice. This was incredibly frustrating to us and to the general and subs who have to stop work or redirect their efforts when their daily plan, which depended on plumbing work having been done beforehand, was disrupted - often for days at a time. We have been willing so far to chalk this issue up to natural growth pains of a small business, but the frustration level was such that it's not certain we will use VPS again; certainly not without a clear understanding ahead of time as to our expectations regarding communication and scheduling. VPS is best when not needed urgently and for one-visit projects.

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
