"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"Evergreen installed a new hybrid heat pump system in my house. After researching the options, Evergreen was not only the most reasonable price, but they also scoped out a hybrid system where they would install new duct work and a single air exchanger in the attic and a minisplit in the basement. Scott, the sales person, did not try to upsell me on number of zones (others tried to get me to get 2 units in the basement) and after 2 months with the system, the single unit in the basement is heating the whole basement to our needs. All this was done at a price still considerably lower than the "standard" system price being offered by one of the bigger, similarly named companies. Evergreen was also the only company to propose a hybrid system where they would install a single exchanger in the attic and run new ceiling ducts to the rooms. This was appealing because we don't need to have the cassettes in each room and we didn't need to line the outside of the house with conduit for the cassettes (also the bathroom gets heat, too). Scott was great to work with, answered all my questions, and did his best to size the system correctly. Installation was smooth. There was a small hiccup where the installer accidentally broke a basement window, but Evergreen squared it away. Don and his team were great and the inspections passed. After install support has been great. Denise has been responsive to my questions. Overall, the experience was great with Evergreen and I highly recommend them."

"Broker wanted me to get inspection. Was not able to contact the original installer, so my broker recommended Southwest Plumbing. First appointment no show service man got into a job that occupied his whole day. Second appointment missed because service man sick. Finally showed up for third appointment. Congenial and wore mask when he arrived. Said it would be $550 for the inspection. It took fifteen minutes. No parts or anything. Just labor. Easy access. The service person came back upstairs wearing the mask to only cover his mouth, not his nose."

"G&S did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. The best thing about G&S is that they warranty for 1 year. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."

"The installation did not go well at all. The installers were here all day and they tracked mud through our garage. They also did a sloppy job of installing the lines on the wall in the laundry room. The system didn't work so they called a technician to come check. The tech, Tobias, complained that we woke him up. He was very grumpy and we could hear him having angry conversations on his cell phone. He determined that the installers installed the air system upside down! The system worked backwards - heat came out through the intake vents and drew air from the heat vents! He complained to us that this had happened before. The installers returned a day or two later and were here all day fixing their mistakes. They joked with us that we should get an awesome service contract. Then the system required fine tuning and another tech (Chris, a very nice guy) was here multiple times tinkering with the system. When we called our sales rep, we were told he doesn't work there anymore. We requested to talk with the business owner, and were promised a phone call, which never came. On top of all that, the heat pump is SO LOUD and I wish our rep had explained to us how noisy it would be. At the end of the day, I sometimes wish I would have spent the additional few thousand dollars and hired Greenwood Heating and Air. Blue Flame had the best quote and the friendliest sales rep. But the installation was a sh!tshow and I cringe every time that heat pump turns on which I can hear from inside my house."

"We requested 3 quotes for this work and SOS Crawlspace was the lowest bid.  The bid was to include removal of rodent infested insulation in the crawl space, to block all potential entry points, install new insulation and build a new crawl space door.  I initially spoke to Daniel who came out the next day to provide a quote.  I subsequently got two additional quotes but SOS was the lowest so we went forward with SOS.  They showed up on time to perform the removal of old insulation.  The infestation was really bad but they cleaned up everything extremely well.  Then they performed the exclusion work to find and block all entry points.  We then waited a few weeks to make sure the rodents were all gone.  They came back and installed the new insulation in a clean and professional manner.  While doing this work they also made sure all the ducting was tightly strung to the joists and not hanging down.  Everything was done promptly, professionally and with excellent quality.  I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
