"Tyler from Day and Nite was my service specialist.  Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient.  He took great care with internal components of my aging furnace.  He recommended I replace my furnace due to its age; this and water heater replacement was recommended by my home inspector earlier as well.  He explained the different options for furnace and water heater replacement, their rough estimated cost, and types of retrofitting necessary for newer high efficiency models.  However, the focus remained on ensuring my current furnace was functional.  I appreciated the information without heavy sales pressure.  
I received a discounted rate because I purchased a maintenance plan.  I will be using Day and Nite when I need to install a new furnace, and may try them for plumbing.

"We initially had difficulty getting in contact with Air Pros, which is why they only got a B for responsiveness. Once we established contact, a planner came out and gave us detailed information on the system we wanted. They installed the furnace on time and very professionally. They also upgraded our air filtration system and thermostat. We are very satisfied with the work that Air Pros did. We would definitely use them again if we need the services or equipment they provide."

"Our Heat pump was not providing cold air so I called for a repair person to come out and fix it. Evergreen was able to provide me same day service which was impressive and the tech Alec Smith was very professional and skilled. He had the main issue diagnosed within probably 20 minutes and had a replacement part on hand. My complaint with Evergreen and this is probably common throughout the industry is the markup they put on those replacement parts. I needed a dual run Capacitor for which I was charged approximately $175 dollars. After doing a little research I found that this is a $21 part from Grainger or Amazon. That's one **** of a mark-up. I can tolerate a mark-up because of the convenience but I feel 800% is excessive."

"G&S Heating is the best of the best! They just replaced our 1995 Lennox furnace that they installed with a 2020 Lennox furnace. The crew was phenomenal in craftsmanship and attitude. Our furnace is in the tight crawl space under our home which is a pain in the @#*! They really worked well together and it was so cool to learn that one of the guy's father had installed our furnace back in 1995 and he is still with G&S! Their entire operation focuses on customer service and satisfaction from the phone contacts to the sales reps to the job planners and finally the installers! "The installation did not go well at all. The installers were here all day and they tracked mud through our garage. They also did a sloppy job of installing the lines on the wall in the laundry room. The system didn't work so they called a technician to come check. The tech, Tobias, complained that we woke him up. He was very grumpy and we could hear him having angry conversations on his cell phone. He determined that the installers installed the air system upside down! The system worked backwards - heat came out through the intake vents and drew air from the heat vents! He complained to us that this had happened before. The installers returned a day or two later and were here all day fixing their mistakes. They joked with us that we should get an awesome service contract. Then the system required fine tuning and another tech (Chris, a very nice guy) was here multiple times tinkering with the system. When we called our sales rep, we were told he doesn't work there anymore. We requested to talk with the business owner, and were promised a phone call, which never came. On top of all that, the heat pump is SO LOUD and I wish our rep had explained to us how noisy it would be. At the end of the day, I sometimes wish I would have spent the additional few thousand dollars and hired Greenwood Heating and Air. Blue Flame had the best quote and the friendliest sales rep. But the installation was a sh!tshow and I cringe every time that heat pump turns on which I can hear from inside my house."

"We requested 3 quotes for this work and SOS Crawlspace was the lowest bid.  The bid was to include removal of rodent infested insulation in the crawl space, to block all potential entry points, install new insulation and build a new crawl space door.  I initially spoke to Daniel who came out the next day to provide a quote.  I subsequently got two additional quotes but SOS was the lowest so we went forward with SOS.  They showed up on time to perform the removal of old insulation.  The infestation was really bad but they cleaned up everything extremely well.  Then they performed the exclusion work to find and block all entry points.  We then waited a few weeks to make sure the rodents were all gone.  They came back and installed the new insulation in a clean and professional manner.  While doing this work they also made sure all the ducting was tightly strung to the joists and not hanging down.  Everything was done promptly, professionally and with excellent quality.  I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
