The most thorough examination, in advance of proposal preparation, I've ever seen. Skilled plumbers and diggers, in sufficient numbers to get the job done quickly. Spectacular dust control, to void the need for visqueen of occupants' possessions; they built a "casita" of PVC pipe and heavy plastic tarps and tape. Reasonable and easy to work with. So conscientious... tenant had use of sewer pipes overnight on a big job that took over a week to complete. Completed work passed rigorous leak tests. ALL the iron below floor level is GONE and I'll never have to worry about this again."

"These people are competent but their ethics are highly questionable. I posted a job description on yelp and tendered offers from many plumbers John's Plumbing replied and agreed to do the work for a specified price. The work consisted of two parts. After they had done the first, they told me it was best to wait until the bathroom wall was tiled before doing the second and assured me they would return. After tiling was complete and I requested they come and finish the work they surprisingly told me it would cost another $500. Miscommunications can of course occur but in this case the scope of work was given to them in detail and clearly included both parts. This is not only highly unprofessional but outright dishonest. While they may be competent I would advise people to consider choosing another company for their plumbing needs that has a higher ethical standard."

"Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"

"Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed."
