The proposed cost and work coverage was better than others I had received. Nick came to the house once I requested a proposal and reviewed the pool area so that his proposed work would be reflective of all conditions of the pool. The overall work was carried out professionally and the end result left me with a 'new pool'. The pool is relatively large (20 X 45)- 31,000 gallons and I now have a pool that is something I am proud. "Hands down System Pools is the BEST pool service in the area! In the past 7 years we have used three other pool service companies with System Pools being the 4th. Their price is very reasonable considering the high level of customer service they give and the great job they do on keeping our pool crystal clear. For years we had to top off the water in our pool every other week. We were told it was because the water evaporated. Nick came in and immediately told us that a crack in our skimmer needed to be replaced which was done in 24-hours. Since then we have not had top off our pool, not once. The new skimmer saved us hundreds on our water bill! My advice- don't use those big pool companies who really don't want to provide pool maintenance, but want to charge you big money on repair jobs. Use System Pools they will take great care of your pool!"

"It went well. When the excavator was working, I didn't really understand when he asked if we wanted to "feather" the uneven ground around the pool- so now we have a lot of ground without the grass that was there because the feathering was put over top of the grass - killing it. Overall, I would recommend C&D's. They were very responsive every step."

Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.
