"Superbly excellent and highly professional technicians who provide top rate furnace and heat pump servicing and repairs! Always on time and provide detailed onsite explanations of system status and repairs before undertaken. Front Office communications are excellent and include reminders of upcoming maintenance visits, a call 1-2 days before the visit, and a call 30 minutes before arrival of the technician. Also included is a text with the name and photo of the technician who will be performing the work. I have done business with Black Hills for nearly 10 years between two homes, and I couldn t more strongly recommend Black Hills for all your heating and air conditioning needs."

"Replaced 5 water shut-off valves on our small community water system. Bill Blair and crew were a pleasure to work with. I concur with all his other five-star ratings. So glad he was able to finish the job within just a few hours so we could turn our water back on! All still works great after more than a week later."

"I will always call this company and highly recommend them to others. My leak under the sink was repaired in no time. My guy was quick and polite!"

"I had a broken shower valve and no water. Willie was able to quickly take care of the repair and get my water back on. He was prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. He gave me upfront estimates for 2 options. I chose the less expensive option. There was no pressure to upsell me."

"Longhorn Plumbing was great. Affordability, promptness, service was awesome. They explained the issue to me completely, the process to fix it and delivered 100%. I will be calling on them for all my future needs. FYI - owner was both personable and professional. Very easy to work with."

"Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."

"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"
