He came out and assessed that my control board was bad on my HVAC . He returned the following day and completed installation of a new control board. Ward shared a variety of operating tips that we did not know that can help us going forward. Ward was very personable and certainly a good businessman you can trust to help you out. I'm a retired combat veteran and appreciate people who are there to help and not just make a buck off of somebody. I will recommend him to all my area veteran organizations, friends, and family. I called Allen Services, and after they came out and did repairs, it has been working fine. They are kind and courteous and do their best to clean up after themselves. They came right away when I called, which was very important because I really needed my dishwasher!"
