Get matched with top gas piping pros in Simpsonville, KY

"They had to replace my entire gas line. Affordable and respectful. When there was a problem they took care of it swiftly."

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"I needed a vent pipe rerouted in my attic, as the original design was not installed to let the water drain. Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."

"I choose not to have them fix the leak, but the serviceman turned the gas off, to the fire place."

"Sticker shock when handed the bill. I am still getting established in Lou coming from population 50k or less I didnt expect nor was i told when i hired the company about their hidden fee for driving to your house. Yes.. in small print on the invoice & separated from all other charges is this Travel and Gas Fee of $69.95 or close to it. Mind you their business location is but maybe 4-5 miles at most from my house So I expressed my displeasure at this high rate hidden cost. We agreed to a lower rate Immediately. They were interested in customer satisfaction!! All other prices were very Fair."
