Ramiro, the service man, arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He performed the maintenance work and explained each step of the process to me. "The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism.
